I love surfing. I love to travel. The great thing about these two lovers is that they go hand in hand. I went a little further than most people well, and makes these passions of my life. I moved to Australia in the Gold Coast and set up a surfboard leasing company that strives to meet all the needs of Internet travel services.

The company is built around a concept surfboard leasing, which includes services such as delivery and pickup. This part is great. The second key is flexibility and strength. These two aspects can not be developed quickly, they must develop long-term. And long term, I mean years. So do not put that. Start working on your flexibility and core strength today. I know that the exercises can be boring but it pays off all the waves.

One thing I can do to take care of my core strength and flexibility. Yoga. Yoga is so good in this respect for surfers, it’s almost like yoga for surfing was invented. My suggestion, get a DVD of yoga for surfing and not the program twice a week. It’s a bit cheaper than going to the clinic twice a week yoga anyway.

Moreover, even if the simple act of paddling requires that over-arching your back, creating distortions in the development of the back muscles. Yoga sort out all these types of problems, as well as conditioning your body. My advice, take a special surf yoga DVD and do it in 2 or 3 times a week.

If you take care of both items (Fitness ie water main strength and flexibility /), you can give your fitness surfing a real boost by making a functional training program specifically for surfing.
